这的人完全不懂什么是携程，这个订单耗了我一个小时时间，客流大客服爱搭不理，总之我不会再定了！还有刚开始说携程订单客服直接说没房，我换一朋友拿现金定就有房了，可恶吧！

入住的公司出差或者公务员等事业单位居多。住宿条件不错。人爆满，房子很难订，基本被政府部门包场了。早上退房退了1小时，跟前台吵了一架，非常混乱。搞得心情非常不好。

本来硬件设施上看着确实不错，可是给的六楼，房间和娱乐场所没有分开，旁边的同学聚会已经很晚了还高歌不停，加上7楼还是专门KTV，没有隔音，对酒店的印象大打折扣。
