  环境一般，但是前台工作人员服务态度有问题，并且需要交押金，押金也就正常的，但是交押金必须微信支付，但是退款就必须现金退款，我问工作人员，如果客人忘记来退押金怎么办，前台告诉我的是，如果忘记退押金，那这个钱就是他们的了，对于这一点酒店方便真的是比较优秀的，押金客人忘记了，前台就放自己口袋了，希望你们一直这样
