环境还是不错的，酒店服务可称为垃圾中的战斗机，入住办理花费了很久，服务员没有一点服务意识！拨打前台电话，居然一直无人接听！酒店已经不属于南苑，是当地的一个工厂的老板买下的，酒店工作人员就是工厂的女工和男工！酒店开放式的，外面的游客也能在里面停车游玩！没有人安排停车问题！随便停了一个停车位，酒店人员为了巴结消费更高的客户，硬是打电话说我们车子占道，招来警察！事后各方推卸责任！一个晚上1880的消费，服务不如88的！泡温泉的地方也没有任何服务人员！劝大家不要去，有始以来住的最让人不爽的酒店！

酒店位于南溪温泉森林公园的最尽头，绿化非常好空气清新，可以围着小小的映天湖走走，看看山看看小瀑布，酒店边上有条国家登山步道，可以向上走到鹿颈峧，就是防火带那，但雨天千万别上去，蚂蝗多到难以想象，鞋子在台阶上过水就会有几条勾在鞋上……

房车很舒服很浪漫，小朋友玩的很开心，送小点心的服务小姐姐态度很好。就是吃饭有点远，天太冷走出去不太方便。以后有机会天暖了再来

酒店环境很好，适合商务开会和亲子游，温泉就在酒店里，非常方便。含早餐，房型除了传统的标间，还有别墅和房车，挺有特色的
