  酒店位置特别好，东钱湖风景区内，适合度假，我们是一家五口过来度假的，很满意，只是早餐味道一般般，希望改进！

  环境真的没话说，但是酒店服务有待提高，洗漱6件套是有偿提供的，早上洗好头梳子也没有。另外，在酒店有借自行车的，但是提供自行车的时候没有检查，小孩的自行车2个轮胎是没气的，导致没骑100米就摔了，撞青了好几处，太无语了！

  背山面水，沿酒店的湖边小路可以直接走到紧邻的小普陀景区，东钱湖的景色很不错，超过预期，订个湖景房坐在阳台上舒舒服服的；服务不错，到酒店时错过了午饭时间，前台主动找了厨师并联系了餐厅给下了一碗雪菜肉丝面，非常好吃，还是很感谢这位前台小姑娘的！
