  櫃檯服務人員在處理房客的入住check in的時候處理速度時間太慢了，看見櫃檯人員進出櫃檯後面的小門進去又出來，手上也沒有拿出什麼東西，只是看她進進出出進進出出對旅客辦理入住居然要花2次的排隊才能拿到房卡，這點希望飯店再加強這方面的處理，旅客是來渡假的不是來排隊等領房卡 飯店地理位置很特別居高臨下所以房間面海的景色很棒

  硬件设施超棒！是这趟台湾自由行最棒的酒店！无边泳池正对着台湾海峡。儿童乐园也很棒很适合带孩子来！美中不足就是交通不太方便，离垦丁大街太远，最好是包车。

  失望！ 1.隔音太差。隔壁輕輕說話我這聽的一清二楚直到半夜四點。 2.服務普普。從接待櫃台就不行了。 3.每次來墾丁都住凱薩，雖然老舊，但至少比較有渡假氛圍，也從無隔音問題。 4.乾淨度有 “極大” 的努力空間。 絕不會再入住。即使是免費都不願意。

  酒店位置比较偏，不开车就不要考虑了，可是酒店很好服务也很棒，游泳池开放到12点，退房后就不能使用了，表示如果想要玩水要第一天下午三点去，第二天早上小朋友还可以去玩卡丁车，总之还不错，性价比是有的
