酒店环境还可以吧，但是这家温州的开元，员工都像是没培训过一样的。去前台拿两瓶矿泉水，一位前台的男员工还要给我脸色看，眼神上下打量，态度蛮恶劣的，也是第一次遇到酒店有这种情况，让人印象极其深刻了。这是做服务行业该有的态度吗？包括checkin的时候，前台的态度也都很一般。员工培训的很不到位吧，改进空间很大，这种酒店也不会选择第二次了

第一次住这里，感觉很高档…房间很隔音，布置合理，衞生间很大，还有水果送…早餐种类非常多，圣诞氛围好… 服务也很好…性价比高，下次还来住！
