设施：设施没什么问题没觉得特别不舒服
衞生：床头枕头两边全部粘着黑色的毛球，应该是很久没人住还是什么，床头角上特别特别脏

服务：带未成年人入住需要当场给父母打电话确认，下单页面没有任何提示，往改进，在此浪费了大量时间。打电话请客房中心送两瓶水，要求一瓶3元…退房时才得知大瓶3元，小瓶（酒店正常供应那种）免费。我肯定是要小瓶的啊，怎么可能要大瓶的。当时客房中心説，这次免费，在要求送水就3元了。管理极度混乱，闻所未闻！

起太早了，早餐没吃。晚上回来床头放着点心和酸奶，感觉比较温馨。后门停车场很大，出门车子左转有一次被拍到实线变道，扣分罚钱。

酒店的园景房太一般了，在最后面山上，上下不方便，门口打开就是下水道的臭味，旁边就是马路。这样的房间1000多的价格太差了，空间有很不舒服的噪音，看不到海，我们在潘达努斯酒店也住了2个晚上，不管是沙滩还是其他各方面都比这里好，秋千，沙滩质量，凉爽度，人的数量各方面都是那里更好，最好的别墅一样的平房才600多，比这个海崖酒店好多了。所以不推荐这里，潘达努斯更好。潘达努斯出门5分钟就可以到红沙滩景点。海崖的泳池还不错。
