这次入住体验真的太棒了！从踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了无微不至的服务。前台工作人员非常热情，办理入住手续迅速高效，还贴心地为我们升级了房型。
房间宽敞明亮，装修风格简约大气，设施一应俱全，尤其是床品非常舒适，睡得很香。浴室乾净整洁，热水充足，洗漱用品也很高档。
酒店的早餐种类丰富，味道非常好，服务人员态度亲切，时刻关注客人的需求。另外，酒店的健身房和泳池也很棒，设施齐全，环境优雅。
地理位置也很方便，周边有很多餐厅和商店，交通便利。总之，这次入住体验非常完美，强烈推荐给大家！下次来一定还会选择这里！

在不断地反映了上述问题后，最后一天的早餐有所改善。虽然九点一刻下去，糯米饭没了、酸奶没了、啥啥都没了，但是起码不关灯了。春节期间上班也是够辛苦的，我们体谅一下。但是开元的服务精神还需要再提升一下。尤其是在我们大浙江、大温州。

住的他们升级的房间，入住了两次，第一次是没有重新装修的还好。这次入住的带智能的房间，窗帘电动只有一边能动，遮阳窗帘一大早眼睛都快刺瞎了。淋浴间和马桶用了个铝合金门，洗澡水都漏马桶这边，差点来了个四脚朝天。
