  朋友推荐预定的绿城，地理位置好，犹豫疫情严格检查只有南门可以进，停车场也很大，几座楼地下连在一起。房间非常大，还帮我们升级了景观非常好的3号楼。因为元旦跨年，小朋友也收到了礼物，很不错。酒店服务也很好，黄小花的服务非常到位。喜来登在2号楼，很多设施可以共用，很方便。门口到处是饭店。价格也OK。

  要特别表扬客房小程、和打扫🧹服务员方桂女：回上海的当天哄睡儿子，发现安抚公仔落在酒店了，致电酒店🏨，客房小程第一时间告知的确在酒店，并且主动添加微信，把公仔寄回；也感谢方桂女这4天来的细致服务，及时保管住店客人物品👍🏻。 已经连续5年来千岛湖了，每年过来必住绿城度假酒店，亲子设施完善，湖景怡人，前台服务热情

  酒店位置非常可，一线江景房。房间和阳台都很大，性价比高。前台姑娘王苾服务非常周到，预订时加了微信，提前保持沟通，充分考虑顾客诉求，来时不算旺季，预订的一号楼江景房型非常爽快地升级到三号楼高层江景。早餐丰富，一号楼那个湖畔咖啡的早餐带景观，人不多的话就很棒。三号楼早餐人相对少，汤粉哨子好吃。干净卫生，收盘子比较及时。这里也非常感谢酒店保洁大姐，黄小花，陈满英，打扫卫生细致干净，服务态度很好。总之酒店服务整体都比较到位，让人觉得很舒服。值得二刷。

  度假酒店，房间挺大，亲子设施完善。在千岛湖镇，出去吃饭购物都很方便，酒店又在湖边，湖景很好，晚上散步，白天参加水上项目，皮划艇什么的都是信步可达，位置优势明显。虽然设施，健身房，早餐方面，比不上标准的国际连锁五星，但是也还是可以接受的，且价格有优势，位置很好，综合来说性价比较高。

  一家三口家庭游，选了亲子房五号楼，在喜来登对面，入室眼睛一亮房间超大干净就象是公寓房，两个卧室厨房也有，还提供小朋友的娱乐设施，特别是一个大阳台直接可看到外面湖景，景色超美。茅阿姨每天按时来清洁房间整理的井井有条，而且性价比相对是高的。周围交通又方便去码头也近，非常满意极力推荐此酒店。酒店的服务员都很nice，特别适合带宝宝一起来。
