酒店管理非常差劲，自己房间吹风机坏了非要强加给客户，要客户赔偿，没有沟通的情况下直接扣押金。是在抢钱吗？第一次碰到这么差劲的酒店，管理差、态度差、德行差，真是潜江的耻辱！

地理位置很好，酒店外观也很气派。但是这个天气，开了一晚上空调，一点效果都没有，大厅前台小姐姐们穿着棉袄，毛巾也很旧，早餐连潜江一百多块的酒店都不如。
