  酒店很不错，不愧是5星酒店，一进酒店就很繁华，大堂很大气，很有星河湾的风格。前台的服务很热情周到，房间很大比一般的5星酒店都要大，落地窗的视野也让人很舒服，一望无际的大海，早上起来溜溜弯，简直不要太舒服，入住以后酒店的值班经理赵经理特意打电话问对房间满不满意，贴心。真心推荐青岛星河湾，下次有机会来青岛旅游，必选之地。

  非常愉快的一次体验，非常满意。房间非常好，面积超级大，这个大落地窗装修风格很好看，房间卫生超级干净，地理位置很好，性价比真的很高。前台服务很热情周到，必须5分好评。这次订的房间非常棒，光线充足，整个装修精致，环境好，特别的舒适，空气清新。交通也方便，酒店有机场巴士到机场，距离高铁站也很近，以后有机会还来这家住！

  酒店距离青岛北站很近，很方便，去机场还有班车，时间安排得也很好，贴心，酒店前台前台的小姐姐超级温柔，服务特别好，房间落地窗视野特别好，房间也很干净，绝对放心，感谢郭经理的热情服务，青岛星河湾真是太物超所值了～强烈推荐大家～

  酒店客房非常干净视野特别好可以看到大海，带着宝宝去住的特别喜欢酒店里面的儿童乐园，有很多小朋友可以一起玩，早餐也是特别的丰盛口味很多变大人小孩都喜欢，性价比非常高了，入住的的时候张茜小姐姐还给送了小朋友挖沙工具很热心的介绍房间，礼宾小许帮忙送了好多行李人长得也帅气，酒店服务真的特别棒，强烈推荐下次来青岛度假还会选择星河湾，点赞点赞。

  海景房好漂亮！房间宽敞，卫生间够大，就是洁具用的不大好。前台服务和客房服务都很细心，也很贴心。酒店的位置有点偏，出行都是滴滴到青岛北站，再坐地铁。吃饭的话，酒店也可，外卖也可。在边上的住宅区找到一个好小的超市，可以买点零食和水果。
