  旺季出行价格不便宜，不过整体比较满意。房间直面大海视野无敌，孩子有单独抽拉床睡得很舒服，每日有小点心，需求应对及时，管家小唐 梦颖和Seven 随时微信服务。最重要下楼即海滩，草坪优美，带娃太方便！活动很多，住了三晚没玩够，孩子很喜欢。小建议是最好能提供眼罩，海景太好早上从窗帘缝漏进来的光都很灿烂😆另外室内泳池晚7点关闭有点早，建议能到9点哈。

  疫情期间出行就要住最好的酒店，club Med服务特别好，没有入住就加了我们微信，告诉当地的入住要求，入住特别顺利，一到酒店还没有到入住时间，看着我们带孩子就直接让入住了，很人性，灵活，还给小朋友准备了小惊喜，孩子特别开心，clubmed地理位置特别好，到沙滩，各个游玩景点很方便，酒店的亲子活动每天不重样，玩得很尽兴。最好特别感谢小唐，小赵和Vivky的热情服务

  酒店的服务很好，员工很热情，见面都会微笑打招呼。过来入住之前还有管家Seven提前联系我们，给我们安排房间，其他的的小姐姐Cynthia和Natacha也很好，有什么问题都能及时得到解决，入住的时候吴静把我们送到了房间，入住期间也会全程跟进，随时帮我解决各种问题，非常满意。酒店的设施很齐全，卫生也很干净，特别感谢保洁大姐及时把需要的东西送到，最满意的一点就是躺在床上就能看到日出。早餐也很棒种类很丰富味道也很好。晚间活动也很精彩，来的时候是跨年，跨年的表演很精彩，每个人都很热情，以后还会再来的

  阿那亚的社区环境非常好！酒店设施很齐全，位置就在海边，每个房间都是无敌海景，早上可以看日出🌅。内部卫生令人放心，酒店服务和GO都笑容可掬。虽然北戴河的冬天很冷，但是酒店的活动非常丰富，小朋友们也玩得很high. 客服关系seven，Cynthia和刘洋洋还帮我们房间送了红酒果篮，还预约了酒店送车，非常感谢！祝酒店越来越好。

  淡季入住性价比高，宾客关系部小赵和小唐服务周到，提前一天询问我到达时间，喜欢的水果酒水，免费接站，到达后还给我们升级成套房。酒店配套设施很完善，带小朋友得话可以不出酒店就能度过愉快的一天，我和老公都去体验了健身房，面朝大海锻炼，真的有了度假放松的感觉。早餐在淡季是以点单方式提供，但是每次点单后送餐的准确性不高。不过总的来说入住体验还是很满意。
