环境很好，非常干净，房间还有阳台，基本没有蚊虫。离海边有点远，走路15分钟吧。早饭20元一位自助，中式早餐，还是可以的，起码干净。

设施稍偏旧，但确实很干净卫生，也很安静，热水很给力啊，烫的我啊。值得一提的是，离怪楼奇园也就300米左右，到刘庄的步行街也就5 600米，区位优势很不错
