真心挺好的，和浅水湾，野生动物园也都很近，酒店环境也不错，饭也好吃不贵，带孩子来的，晚上还给送了个大果盘

这次出行和上次比可差远了 房间感觉好久没人住了 浴室面盆边的小方巾闻着一股土味 预定的五个房间大小不一 而且完全无视预定需求 这都是小事 可以忍一忍 关键是当天到的比较晚 竟然发现热水没有 维修了两个来小时才勉强出来温水 而且还得先放十分钟才行 难道不能提前把这种情况检查一下么？？最令我不满的是带着这么多人 老的小的给安排到最高层！你告诉我是因为没房间了 我可是提前那么久预定的！ 但是热水出问题的时候 竟然告诉我说可以给换房 换到一楼去！！很失望呀 本来因为住过觉着很满意 所以带着一大家人去玩玩 结果……哎 哦对了 忘记说了 是观海阁的房子 当然观海1的套房可以是个例外 但总体这部分房子的卫生情况都不太好 感觉一直没什么人入住过
