不得不吐槽一下这家酒店前台接待人员的态度问题！办理入住告知无房，我说在艺龙上提前预订了！服务人员说升级！其实入住以后根本没升级！我说酒店停车不方便，然后服务人员说介绍里说明了没有停车位！可是我根本就没有看见！再问服务员，服务员就说那也没有注明有停车位啊？！而且交谈过程中服务人员一直在低头看手机，头都不抬的和我说话！这是服务人员应该有的态度吗？！本来挺好的酒店不要因为这些服务人员把名声弄臭了！！！酒店没有停车场，门口有几个停车位是私人的！我们说就停一晚打折以后150元！开始我们去附近小区里找车位，告知每小时30元！爱停不停！打算自驾的朋友建议还是选择有车位的酒店吧！关键是花钱都找不到车位！我们也是转了好几圈才找到的车位！酒店硬件设施还是不错的！房间也很干净！地理位置也不错！出酒店大门左转走个几分钟就能到达城隍庙豫园！
