老客户了，是酒店SPA健身房会员，冬天冷，做完SPA就直接在酒店用餐住下。不足：酒店保安礼貌用语不够，对老客户没有识别能力，另外作为面向商务人士走向高端市场的酒店，应注重对客户的服务细节与隐私尊重，地下车库应开放给住客而非酒店业主、内部人士。酒店员工、业主才应停地面车位，这点离五星酒店有很大距离。三温暖要设立提示牌，女性用户不应穿着泳衣入池水，污染泡池。

酒店位置一般，离地铁站走路需要10分钟左右，周围环境一般，但是酒店房间设施很好，房间是木地板，感觉很干净，舒服！下次还会入驻！
