酒店环境还可以，就是地理位置稍微不方便了一点，坐地铁走路要走十分钟，但是也有一点好，打的去步行街，外滩到也还便宜，也就起步价，服务挺好的，房间适合带着爸妈和小孩子一起住，总体来说还是很满意的，厨房还有冰箱和微波炉可以用。

有前台，前台和服务经理人都非常不错，没有专门的行李员，保安大叔帮把行李车推上楼就走了，自己搬行李然后送行李车下楼。我们住的房间很旧了，墙纸里受潮长霉菌，天花板墙角有蜘蛛网，感觉卫生不太好。老大本来没事，睡一觉起来就说头晕，然后开始吐，早饭全吐了，后来又吐了好多次。我们担心孩子是对房间里的霉菌或者其它过敏，看到反应这么厉害就只好马上换酒店。结果出来酒店坐车上就好了，到了新的酒店就活蹦乱跳的，和没事人一样。建议酒店对墙面做个处理，卫生再加强一下。总体评价服务不错，硬件有待改善。

到美国领事馆办签证，一家人入住非常好，安静自由！距离美国领事馆也只有10分钟内步行时间，很方便！值得推荐。
