As there are ongoing renovations adjacent to the hotel entrance, the rooms are picking up micro dust. Dont recommend if you are sensitive to dust. Noise during the day from 8.30am to 4pm.
Perhaps reno will finish by mid Feb.

Great location, very close the central. Staff are friendly and is a lovely place. Room is quite standard and consider the price I’d say is a great place to stay. The only thing is, there is no lift to some floors and u need to collect food delivery yourself :)

Overall a positive stay, the space was great for me traveling solo and would also be ideal for two people.
It was a great base for a week, offering easy access to the metro, a mini supermarket and restaurants next door.
Bed was really comfy, there was a desk and plenty of wardrobe space upstairs.
My view was onto a quiet leafy area and I was able to open the window too (no aircon).
A few small improvements could be made:
- lack of hanging space downstairs (for jackets or bags), - mirror by the door could be better (it was just two plasticky panels)
- shared kitchen appliances weren’t always that clean
Also be warned that the building work they mention can be heard during the week! Some drilling started around 7:30 am on two of the days I was there.

We have smooth check in, and the location is just beside public train station providing easy access to alkost everywhere.
Room is adequate and keep clean with daily replenish and cleaning
The front desk is welcoming to all our need and questions
The security is strict and ensuring safety
They provide free washing machine and dryer, and if you are lazy to go out , there is open kitchen with games and pool room to relax

The apartment was very clean and nice. It was conveniently placed close to metro station. Was easy to reach the city center and airport. We checked very late and front desk was open. Stuff was friendly and helpful.

很靠近地铁站出口，转角还有一间很好吃的餐馆，非常便利的位置。房间乾净，两人住刚好。有小心阳台可以晒衣服袜子，很适合旅行三日的我们。忘了拍住宿地点的照片，但有拍附近的逛街购物商场及好吃餐厅的照片喔??

It was a great stay at baseLite ?? Very close to the metro station. And therefore it was super easy to go to most places like Yu garden, Nanjing road etc.
The staff was also very very polite and speaks English really well.
Room service was also good. Very clean.
