28日纪念日入住。总体感觉服务贴心，细节完美，如：浴帽里面还包有头绳，游泳池里铺设
的细砖，女生Clare的送行等等，两天过的很惬
意。愿宝格丽越来越好！

离外滩很近，很方便；服务很好，很热情，办完入住lilyan李乐妍就一路带到房间介绍房内各位置的设置，很贴心.住其他酒店没有感受到的体验；下楼电梯里遇到还认出来了，那一下很惊喜；酒店环境舒适给人回家的感觉

高奢酒店的理念就是提供一流的产品和最人性化的服务。在这点上，宝格丽做得很好，每个员工都以客为尊体贴入微，尤其是winnie，在得知我生日之后，特地帮我准备了气球和蛋糕，真是惊喜连连。

朋友来出差，请她住宝格丽，第二次入住了，服务一如既往的好。朋友表示泳池很棒，从房间看出去的夜景很美。送至房间的早餐依然是特色，适合拍照，只是送达需要50mins，所以想在房间用餐一定要起床即叫餐。
欢迎水果和点心好吃。淋浴房有地暖，光脚很舒服。
床太软了，不是很习惯。整体装修风格比较内敛，色彩偏暗，对此持保留意见，毕竟也是邀请了意大利有名的建筑事务所操刀。
晚餐在对面的宝丽轩用餐，在上海总商会大厦内。酒店门口的北苏州路很美，人少，适合边走边欣赏苏州河。

提前告知了过生日，有简单布置并赠送了蛋糕，房间夜景很漂亮，24小时送餐服务也很棒，工作人员专业周到。游泳池没什么人去，1.2米略浅，不过适合小朋友
