重回建业里，新楼旧墙黑漆门，昔日模样在，只是故人稀。老同学旧相片，笑谈青春无觅处，尽在故事中。闲闲时光且慢行，情谊更翻新。悠悠三十载，后来始于今。

软件硬件跟不上五星标准，酒店人员除了打扫卫生的阿姨们，其它大部分人员可能都是表演系毕业生，表面功夫做的简直完美，问题来了并没有解决能拖则拖，拖到你退房就算解决了，属于说一套做一套形。管理服务黄牌出局，保洁阿姨胜。法餐厅的面包还不错，酒店设计满分。

优点：1.私密性强，如果不想住陆家嘴或黄浦江畔，这里是个不错的选择，一楼的会客室可以容纳4-6个人。2.安静，毛巾和床品都很舒服。3.改造得很成功，设计感很强。
缺点：1.服务专业性有待提高，工作人员专业程度参次不齐。2.法餐厅Le Comptoir de Pierre Gagnaine名不副实，主厨回法国了，他弟弟目前在坐镇。说实话，水平完全够不上米其林标准，槽点如下：（1）食物整体偏咸，用的盐也有问题；（2）没有认真介绍每道菜；（3）跟PG在法国的米其林餐厅比明显偷工减料，如没有餐前冷盘小点、龙虾沙拉里的龙虾肉直接少了三分之二…… （4）莫名其妙的酒单；（5）完全不与食客交流的法国餐厅经理；（6）极丑的摆盘，我勉强拍了三张能看的。想来吃饭的不用来了，请客的千万别来，我请客的时候全场迷之尴尬，完全厚着脸皮硬撑😂😂😂
