房间卫生极差重点在床上有棉絮与毛发以及不明污渍，厕所备品例如洗发液只有一半明显是有人用过，处理结果就是不断道歉，隔天很有意思前台回覆我看过监控无人进入我房间此不是废话，就是你们客房清洁的问题还要在那推卸责任，回到房间看到写了一封英文的信内容完全没有对此事表达歉意与抱歉，你当我看不懂英文？，商务出行回去已经很累了又遇到噁心酒店来回折腾到凌晨4点半才休息，以后绝对不会在次入住。
