一点都没有五星级的服务。不小心把包忘在早餐的西餐厅了，打电话让酒店人员去找一下，有没有都回个电话，一直没回复，再打过去就说没有，叫我自己从动车站回去找，等我回去找，发现包好好的放那里，我都无语了，五星级就这样的服务。从来不点评酒店，那就来说一下吧。都不知道这五星怎么评上的，早餐厅地毯都是发霉的是进去很臭，房间除了大点，其他都不咋地。下次不会入住了。
