带母亲出游，凯兵斯基非常好，美好的入住体验。第一 房间非常隔音，睡得很香。二 房间大小适中，地理位置很好，几百米到东方明珠和江边，到外滩，豫园都很近，窗外景色很美。三 服务响应迅速，进门和退房有人主动送行李，出行 有服务生主动帮开车门。四 屋顶有个游泳池，还有地标感很强的健身房 ，正对东方明珠，可以去看看。会考虑再入住。

酒店地理位置超好，夜景很美，早餐品种丰富，工作人员很热情，走路去了上海中心大厦，步行十几分钟。在这里特别表扬一下艺龙的工作效率，因为代理商平台对接的问题导致我们要的房型没有了，无奈之下我们花了三百多升级了行政房，本来有点不开心，报着试试看的态度跟艺龙进行了反应，没想到艺龙在半小时内就把我升级的钱退给我了，真是效率高，客服小姐姐还一直道歉，这服务真是棒，下次订房还找艺龙。
