虽然不是希尔顿下的高端酒店，但硬件方面该有的还是有，服务方面稍有欠缺。如果去南翔玩的话可以住一晚，酒店离古漪园步行10分钟，之后古镇也能步行到达到了。自驾过去需要在前台登记下车牌免费停。

第二次入住南翔希尔顿，地理位置很好，周边吃的喝的买的都有，出行购物美食都很方便。酒店服务很好，尤其是前台周海燕，马聪，左五一，热情周到，体贴，下次还来。

住过比较差的酒店，前台效率低的让人无法接受，门口没人管理，车乱停，被别人车挡住门童说也没办法，都是住店的。房间洗漱用品都能少，设备老旧，泳池底部部分瓷砖都是破裂的，以后不会再去的酒店。

这次给朋友订了逸林希尔顿行政套房，人超多，入住等了很久，晚上才拿到房卡，酒店行政套房热水器还是坏的，早上早餐排长队，体验感很不好~花了一千⑤一晚的价钱缺没有享受到相应的待遇~

行政房所谓的行程礼遇就是下午茶和晚上自助餐，行政酒廊不开放，下午茶咖啡红茶不得续杯，大堂及餐厅不开空调冻得要死，必须穿着外套才能用餐，过年期间服务跟不上可以理解，但是酒店该有的空调都不开真的无法忍受，基本不会再住第二次
