酒店很棒 但艺龙的服务就非常差了 预定了大床房 但到店被告知没有大床 一定要加钱升级才能住大床 联系艺龙客服 答复可以在5-7个工作日得到赔付 但至今离店超过半个月 尚未得到赔付 艺龙这个服务 是用了这么多年艺龙 服务最差的一次 各路客服都推脱不处理问题 各位朋友需要谨慎啊

非常差的入住體驗，首先我們在藝龍上定了豪華客房，到店付款，但是我們在下午3:00到店後被告知沒有房間，但是在前臺就可以購買房間。房間的設施也偏老舊，全是射燈，光線十分不好。酒店人很多，很嘈雜
