艺龙这个平台真的很差，我18年1219日预定了上海绿地万豪酒店，当时预订价为1400元，因预定的豪华江景房没有了调整到城景房，于是退了200元。我帮客人预定的，但是最后我客人在酒店入住被告知这间房间没有付费，需要自己付费1026元，酒店的解释了我们当时艺龙平台付款是担保金。随后我们一共给艺龙打了4个电话来处理这件事，但是艺龙压根就不处理。也没有给出一个回复，但是酒店的消费单照片。太差了

应该是大堂经理吧 还有前台 总是打电话很一副催催债的样子，我在网上支付了房间费还拿到前台让服务员核实并且刷了房卡，晚上正睡觉呢前台打电话让我们下去把账单结了！！天啊第一次碰见这样的人，最后应该是个经理吧拿着pos机上来刷的服务费 还有一天的房费1200左右，我说我已经在微信支付过了，他说没有 让我刷卡，我也是醉了……还有 我还没有退房呢为什么让我结账！还是晚上九点多都已经睡下了，让人感觉很没出息的样子。
