实话实说，这是一家非常不错的酒店??环境好、卫生好、设计好、设施好……不愧是美国设计大师的杰作，获得过设计大奖??当然，这都跟咱没啥关系。我住酒店主要是干净，我有洁癖。这一点，非常好。虽然装修几年了，但质量确实好，硬件设施都是大牌。还有就是服务，因为去参观展会，还备了班车，服务细致周到??早餐偏西式，希望增加些本帮菜，毕竟还是在中国吗？又不是专给外国人开的。希望以后改进增加。以后来这还会住，再见博雅！

服务很差劲，定了大床房，check in的时候告知只有两张1米的双床，当然跟同事被迫交了多200块才给升级成其他大床、淋浴设施老旧，水跟小孩子尿尿一样，性价比超低，真实评价
