因为高考订的房间，酒店很人性化，高考学生可以延时到下午两点，不用担心退房早了没地方去。
中午还特意送来了三红三绿六听饮料给孩子讨个口彩，太有心了，必须给32个??

本来只是想询问一下被冻结的预授权为什么还没有解冻…结果一开口就说没找到我的单子 我没有支付过预授权，后来又因为说他们扣除的预授权和银行冻结的金额不一样。直到最后才承认是没有撤销。全程一副推卸责任的语气。本身没什么只是一个小问题，忘记了现在撤销就可以，但是这个服务态度是真的…不多说了…看截图
