酒店位置很方便，硬件设施也还可以。可是房间里居然配一个漏洞的破旧电吹风机，在不知情的情况下，插入插孔连线爆炸，造成房间断电，联系服务中心，将近半小时才来人修。由于时间较晚就没然服务员送新的吹风机过来，说好第二天送过来，结果玩完回到房间发现，破吹风机放回抽屉没换！这就是五星酒店的服务吗？

非常棒的国际酒店，外国人很多，离豫园咫尺之遥，步行去外滩也只有10来分钟的时间，已经是第二次订了。考虑到我家孩子比较大了，酒店还免费加了张床，非常贴心。中午三楼的中餐厅有中餐，每人只需128元，酒店住客还有折扣，算起来一家三口只要200多元，非常超值，味道也不错，推荐！
