五星好评，酒店设施很好，工作人员和蔼可亲，服务热情，进门有体质测试，后面参与了瑜伽课程，印度老师很专业，非常疗愈。晚上自助餐和早上的早餐都非常棒，特别是西点，是我住过的上海五星级酒店中数一数二好的。还有很多细节服务，这里不加赘述了，非常值得大家去体验。

酒店服务很好，那些服务员就像小妹妹，小弟弟一样可爱??房间提供的饮料很棒，根据身体测试，提供适合的饮料，非常有特色又温馨。环境也很不错，干净又安静，很舒服

由于上次入住体验后，这次特意再来入住。酒店外面环境很好，尤其是夜景。酒店位置离虹桥机场大约15分钟左右车程，约车很方便。从酒店门口下车就能感觉别服务的细心，每辆车离开门童也会挥手。这次入住办理时间很快，管家服务热情。早餐丰富，餐厅服务员态度很好。值得推荐！

这几年来最喜欢的酒店 没有之一 之前住过几次感觉酒店以养生为特色 有瑜伽等 但这次入住特别让我感动 外籍小姐帮我办了入住 感觉她会答应我一切需求 送了很多酒店体验券 昨天男友生日 酒店给房间做了特别的布置 还送了特别好吃的蛋糕，到了楼层有管家带领 送上祝福 男友特别感动 感谢酒店的服务人员

设施很好，跟国内和国外的五星酒店比较不逊色，装修风格也喜欢。早餐品种较多，但味道一般，面包不够新鲜，前台和餐厅服务都很热情，厨师态度不怎样。希望国人酒店在我们看不到的地方多用心。整体还不错。
