一直接待客户的酒店，现在自己入住了，虽然老式装修，但是卫生很干净，套房洗手间也很大，隔音效果特别好，睡的很舒服。唯一一点就是第一天checkin的时候，我没化妆，所以门童替朋友提行李，而因为我素颜所以就这样？其他都很好，唯一遗憾在这儿了

以前就知道该酒店服务不好，住过几次，这次年初三，香格里拉没房了，再次入住，期待有所改变!入住当天，一家三口告之没标间，只有大床，我说行，我等，如果后面有容人拿双床，我盯着你，前台立马告诉我，说双床别人己订了，喂，当我第一进城，我房费提前己付，我不算订?而且所有酒店有保证双床的承诺吗，没有吧，我爱人在前台吵了一架，前台同意加一张床，说升级到行政楼层(又骗我)，好，我谢谢了，我问房间号，这位男性前台回道:1414，****，当时我就想抽他，***，大过年的，你怎么不撞死，今天才评论，估计你也被***!后来换到了其它楼层，这家酒店前台己经***了，大家别去住了，除了早餐还行，周边瑞士，璞丽，香格里拉都棒!别删了，我还会发

首先酒店真不容易找，我是开车去的、好不容易才能找到。其次，停车场的管理素质太差。了，对酒店的第一印象才生了极大反差！最后，我升的行政房，但是隔音效果太差，隔壁说话听的很清楚！
