房间很棒，设计很棒，大堂很棒，香氛很好闻，位置绝佳，本来很满意，退房当日去酒店餐厅用午餐，个人觉得菜品口味与黑珍珠实在难匹配。主菜端上来吃了一口。赫然发现一根头发，再无法下口。呼叫服务员买单，我说给你们提个建议，这种情况不该发生，我把有头发的菜品指给服务生，他异常淡定，说“不好意思。我会把这个情况告诉我们的厨师”，接着正常给我账单，走开了。？？？？？？这是个小事？就这么一句话就结束了？不说这个菜品重新做一份，或者给我免单，至少得认真道歉，表达足够的重视吗？是看我太好说话，也没有要追究的意思？本来很满意的入住体验。到这一刻灰飞烟灭。黑珍珠，一千多块的午餐，就这？实在让人不会再想去第二次

出行很方便，在交通拥堵的魔都，紧邻两条地铁线是一大优势；服务不错，卫生也很好，唯一不足的是房间电视应该不是数字模式，影像很模糊，几乎没法看。
