前台服务态度极差，装修，设备老旧，空调没暖气！最不能接受的就是一个前台大叔上海本地人，倚老卖老，态度极差！房间电话不能用，用手机呼前台让客房服务员来看一下，等了半个小时，没人来房间，去总服务台找前台问情况，那个前台大叔直接很拽的用普通话说‘你们要找服务员干嘛？要陪你们出去吗？！！旁边一个稍微年轻一点的男前台也说同样的话！两个都是上海人，用上海话沟通，我听得懂！态度还很拽！’太过分了！什么素质！！明明是他们工作失误，没有及时通知客房部人员来查看房间设备问题，反而说出这么低素质的话，这就是上海人？如此排外！！太过分了！还很拽的说酒店就是没有暖气，没这么早开放！！当天气温6°左右，我们办理入住时他并没有告知没有暖气，如果有跟我们说明，我一定不会入住！什么时代了，酒店没开空调没暖气？？真的不能接受！一个晚上房价还很高！性价比一点也不高！此次入住最不满意的就是前台接待大叔和前台另一个年轻一点的男接待员的素质、态度问题！以及老式空调没开放暖气！！整个晚上都是一直抖！！坚决不会在光顾了！也不推荐大家入住上海天诚大酒店！给极差评！！
