  为了方便办事在这住了几次，这次入住体验最差，设施陈旧不说，地漏还堵塞，洗澡时水漏不出去，而且居然没有送饮用水，以后不住了！此次担保金比房价贵了8元，退还却只退房费，不懂为啥要多收我钱。
