一些楼层没WiFi，退房龟速，挠了被蚊子咬的伤口不小心搽了一点在床单上就说要赔偿10元洗床单费，难道不搽点血你们就不用洗床单？

这次住的比十天前住的房间配置差些！四星级的酒店连wife也有些房间没有，空调扇叶不会转动，矿泉水也被省了！

酒店比较旧，预订的大床房没有了只好住双人房，周围比较偏僻，感觉就是农村，附近找不到吃饭的地方，早餐很差！

不知道这家号称四星级的酒店有没有查房制度，OK房不是网络不通就是电话不能用，从415换到715再搬到714，折腾咱三次。给个差评！
要是没改进，不推荐了……

通过艺龙订房以来最差一次入住体验。所谓的4星酒店我看连3星都不够格。艺龙价与酒店挂牌价只差10元。前台有个收银员态度极其恶劣，刷信用卡后把回单扔给顾客，好像全世界欠她钱一样。房间装修完全感觉不出4星水准，也没有wifi，只能通过网线，但又不配，打电话要，房间电话居然不能用！在走廊打电话给前台说，前台居然说她不管这个，要我自己找客房中心。我让其跟客房中心说下，她居然说她无法办到，然后就挂电话。早餐更是开眼界，八点多一点去吃自助早餐，发现除了白粥外，所有盘子都空着。餐厅坐满了像是旅行团队的人。整个餐厅只有一个服务员。说由于炉子原因供应不上！好不容易等到早餐上来，所有桌子都堆满了之前客人用餐的碗筷纸屑，想找个舒服点的位置都难。唯一让我感觉这酒店好的地方是有免费车接送客人到附近地方。但我想也不会有第二次了。那价格真不值。
