宾馆就在政府大楼旁边，安全性是没问题的；设施上就差了些，毕竟几十年的老酒店了；早餐一般般，好在还有热食；房间来说，卫生间小了点，可能是因为我住的是标间，毕竟比大床房便宜了近100块。总体感觉性价比中等吧

五一来汕头玩，入住这间众多名星下榻的老牌宾馆，干净卫生、安静舒适，最关键是服务人员职业素养和职业道德好高。因为个人原因不小心把金项链和纸巾混在一起误扔进垃圾桶，退房后2小时才想起来，打电话回酒店后，打扫的阿姨一个个垃圾袋帮忙翻找最后终于找到了，前台也重视，不厌其烦的解释和帮忙，最后想发个感谢红包都拒收，真的非常非常感谢！选这样的酒店入住准不会错！

位置可以，但接待客人，服务客人工作流程粗糙，不够人性化。优点是它有历史感，有它辉煌的过去，从它的装饰，装修来说可以感受到，符合当时甚至现在四星级的质量，但感觉酒店管理没有与时俱进。

汕头特区当年的第一家外宾酒店吧，很有历史感。当然是翻新过的，房间与设施都还不错，就是毛巾浴巾有些陈旧了。
