设施陈旧，空调声音很大，搞得晚上睡不好，本来定的大床，最后来个双人间，床好小，脚都伸到外面了，还是比较喜欢锦江之星。

酒店已是上世纪的装修产物，很旧了。毛巾都是很陈旧的，床头的插座孔也没有。地毯好脏！

酒店延续了以往的热情服务，值得点赞的是退房时我把苹果充电器和线都遗留房了，后经与服务台联系协调，酒店林经理亲自跟进并帮我快递回来，过程非常认真和负责任，从酒店的接待人员到经理，都表现出了很高的服务与职业素养。再次感谢林经理及4月21日下午值班的前台工作人员。谢谢！
