由于疏忽酒店收了我的停车费,酒店的态度非常好,客户经理特意写了道歉信和返还停车费并且赠送了水果盘,很贴心的处理方式。算是汕头最好的酒店,连锁酒店的服务和设施都错不了

服务被感动到了,前台问小孩多大了,我说7岁,早餐半价对吧。他说,是的,加入会员可以送。我当时觉得太麻烦,就说,算了吧,付钱好了。结果前台办理入住的工作人员说,留个邮箱和电话就送儿童早餐券。我当时非常感动,为喜来登点赞。
