这家店是标准的黑店！！强烈建议大家谨慎下订单！！我在入住前期有过几次电话沟通，感觉他们工作人员态度冷漠，这就算了。反正以后也不会在生活中经常打交道。但是，我下楼退房时，被电梯门打到左手背，当时就红肿起了一个包，我拍的视频可见，五秒钟最多，电梯门就关闭了，我快步进电梯，背后的门打到我再弹开，可见多快？这是想谋杀住客吗？？？到前台说了一句，前台一脸冷漠，没有一句抱歉或者叫人检查电梯。所以特别是带小孩的朋友，小心点，电梯门是会杀人的！！不要因为住一晚伤害自己或者孩子！！现在都多少天了，刚才碰到左手觉得疼痛才发现淤青都还在！！右手没有被碰到，照片对比是完全没问题的。这种垃圾酒店此生拉黑！！！！！！太恶心了！！！本人对以上留言负全部法律责任！并且保留所有证据！酒店方有异议欢迎诉讼，我司两个律师随时恭候！！

应该是韶关市区最好的酒店，装修很新，房间有“地暖”很加分，住了两天又加了几天，一周住下来都很舒适。

匆忙路上住了一晚，没感觉啥地方不好，离繁华地段我更喜欢这里的安静，早餐少一点，相对于价格来说已经很不错，下次有机会再去体验😁

位置还算是个安静。酒店保养得一般，洗手间没有独立的抽风机。入住是初五，大堂灯都没开。有点没有IHG 的标准！
