  环境怡然，卫生干净，管理合理，无论是居住房间还是游玩项目还有活动体验都蛮好的，适合小朋友玩耍，虽然价格挺贵的，也算值得吧，特别是管家倩倩，全程一对一服务，态度热情，服务周到，随叫随到，用心对待，为这次游玩增添不少好感，下次去会继续找他，虽然温泉没泡上，但也算尽兴了，期待下次😀😀

  倩倩管家服务很好，城堡内有小的动物园，入住第一晚有送红酒，有温泉♨️退房的时候还送了一瓶香槟🍾️，整体的服务还有房间内设卫生都是可以的，适合自驾游过去，适合亲子，情侣和疗休养，有时间会再次去入住，建议挑晴天出行，雨天拍照打卡不太理想

  很不错的度假酒店，城堡建筑，服务不错，面积不小，但有电瓶车随时接送，比如接待我们的crush随叫随到，还有游乐设施，小动物，骑马，小朋友很喜欢，晚上有party，还有烟花

  酒店环境优美，服务周全到位，到店比较晚，但是管家王璐很亲切，送去城堡的路上很热情的介绍了各活动区域。酒店送了欢迎水果，红酒和可爱的曲奇饼干。早餐分中西两种，菜品丰富，色香味俱全！酒店有小型动物园，可以喂马，羊驼，梅花鹿，鸵鸟，孔雀，还有儿童乐园，沙滩排球，篮球等，酒店的运动服务中心可以购买或者兑换射箭券和脚踏船票，体验和感受一下，因为天气太热和时间原因，没有感受下迷你高尔夫，留有遗憾，给下次再去留下机会！

  硬件： 托斯卡纳即石头城，文艺复兴发源地。贡帝•托斯卡纳酒店确实有石头城的味道。过了大门由专门的酒店人员送往大厅。放眼可见高大塔楼、罗马式窗户、半圆形拱门。大量使用立柱和凸字形的楼墙而达到一种敦实厚重、均衡安稳、力度饱和的美学效果，符合罗马建筑风格。周围是群山环绕，环境非常不错。夜色中的城堡更迷人 软件：房间设施齐全，服务人员素质高，跟一些同价位酒店很不一样。早餐品种丰富，房间设施新，床品舒服，总体物超所值，是一次非常满意的体验。管家小倩热情服务，服务也非常到位。下次还会选择这里。
