    服务很棒，客服人员热情礼貌，房间设施很新，洗澡水压足够，智能灯光也很好，主流视频平台也都有，各方面都比较满意。美中不足的有两点，其一天花有一盏灯故障，晚上睡之前按了全关闭按键，全部灯光熄灭了，但凌晨接近天亮的时候故障的灯泡唯独那么一盏灯突然亮起影响睡眠；其二，早上9:21am楼下居然有工程施工，持续了一个小时。

    挺高档的，装修风格很喜欢，很干净整齐，住在里面挺舒服的，比我之前住的那些酒店感觉好很多，而且 桌子椅子摆设那些都有种很文艺简约派的感觉，那个茶壶摆设挺有中国风的，挺喜欢的，而且沐浴露那些是比较好质量的，不是一次性放很久那种，是可以用的，总体来说非常满意

    工作人员服务不错，态度很好，很热情。房间宽敞明亮，卫生干净整洁，还有智能化设施，窗帘自动开关酒店还有机器人送东西。早餐很丰富，中式西式都有选择挺多的，还有甜点。六楼配有免费的洗衣房，24小时可以使用，很赞。酒店的停车场也是免费的，位置挺多，不用担心停车问题。

    酒店位置很好找就是在马路边，房间很有科技感，有天猫精灵可以控制开关空调，窗帘什么的，房间还配有无线充电宝，手机放上去就可以充电，对于出差没带充电器的人来说简直不要太方便了吧！拿外卖还可以有机器人帮你送到房间门口，一步到位，很舒服~

    来观澜这边出差办事，习惯性的在网上看酒店。首推就是这家米阁睡眠酒店，在附近的酒店里评分还是蛮高的，就想订一晚试试是不是真的有评论说的那么好。入住后是真没让我失望啊，前台的小妹妹们进进出出都有跟我打招呼问候，前台有缺什么她们还可以让机器人给我送到房间来，太有科技感了吧！酒店一楼是有休息区，二楼有超大的露台，休闲茶馆，还有草坪，很适合办公，跟朋友聊天谈事，真的很舒服哦
