地段便利，前台的服务人员态度很好，因为本身睡眠质量不太好所以希望能安排较安静的房间，前台人员随即将房间升级并安排在靠电梯较远的房间，除了因为是新装修有点味道，房间内其他的安排很贴心，值得推荐入住。

优点: 硬件不错，新装修的酒店，设施齐全，洗面奶卸妆油都有，退房时间15:00，17楼有免费下午茶。
缺点: 客房打扫非常差。入住房间有用过的浴巾未收，卫生间地板有水未擦。第二天晚上回房间，杯子没洗，用过的浴巾没收，卫生间地板依然有水未擦。垃圾收了床铺了可以证明保洁来过。很难想象入住两天卫生间地板同一块水渍两天未打扫的房间卫生质量能有多好，确实入住当天会被外观吸引感觉还是个干净整洁的酒店，但是服务卫生软件的问题是酒店管理方面的问题，新开业尚且这样，不考虑二次入住。

特别好，之前来住过一次，这次来深圳毫不犹豫就选择这家酒店，装修很喜欢，服务也很好，带小孩来的，还给孩子送了公仔，唯一不足是感觉地址有些难找。
