    我们住在西晒的一年，热安逸了，窗户密闭的打不开，房间的设施也比较旧，唯一满意的是价格

    这是我在携程订房以来遭遇最差的服务，我是帮来深圳的家人订的房间。5.1号晚由于大塞车10点才到酒店，到服务台对服务员说：“你好，我订了房间，这是订房人的身份证。”那服务员接了我的身份证，然后我又问：我是携程的老会员了，房间能升级吗？她冷冷的看了我一眼说：你是携程的会员关我们酒店什么事？我说是通过携程订你们酒店怎么就不关你们的事呢？！我又问：那你们能不能升级房间呢？她非常不耐烦的说：我不知道！我当时就生气了，这样的态度怎可能在前台工作？然后就跟她吵了一架，真的是非常窝火的住宿经历。
