  商务出差💼，选择了西美五洲酒店，大堂气派，停车场管理人员很友善。入住的景观房🏙️，房间宽敞干净，设施一应俱全，印象最深的是客房管家莎莎和婷婷不仅说话温柔，还很细致贴心[爱心][爱心][爱心]，打电话说需要水时特意为我准备了简醇无糖酸奶，服务特别到位，泳池也很赞👍🏻 下次还会光顾！[强][强][强]

  这次出游我们一家选择了西美，服务真的很好，从前台到客房再到餐厅，每个服务人员都热情接待，尤其是主管素芬，得知我们和老人还有孩子一起来的，还特意给老人准备了防滑拖鞋和爱吃的水果，给孩子准备了洗漱用品和玩具，真的很用心，哆哆做卫生还给我们房间消毒，真的住的很放心，以后再来还会住到这个楼层，我就是素芬、哆哆的忠实客户[耶][耶]

  五一期间入住石家庄西美五洲酒店，虽然短短两天，却给了我在其他酒店没体会过的感受，酒店的每一位员工都是彬彬有礼，有求必应，细微到每一处，每天送到房间的酸奶，水果都给了客人家一般的感受。尤其是我所入住的十九层刘婷，赵兰文两位服务员，真的让我感受到温暖和耐心。在此非常感谢！以后再去石家庄一定还会选择西美五洲。 🔔服务：温暖 🔔服务：贴心

  酒店位置交通特别方便，南邻槐安路，东边紧邻二环路。房间宽敞明亮。特别是服务态度很好，乔立平和莎莎主管看我喜欢吃水果，特意多给我备了爱吃的水果。[666][666][666]房间打扫的也很干净。下次出差还会继续选者这家酒店。[微笑][微笑][微笑]
