  其实整体不错，符合五星要求。 前台热情，餐厅味好。 只是吧台酒水单有价目，但实物没摆进来。这让人纳闷。 退房时，丢弃毛巾的网筐，不知哪年底部少了一根竹枝，非说我弄坏的。要扣费。还好，前台懂事，经理会后电话夹道歉。可耽误咱赶路时间呢。

  房间很大，设施也比较新，干净整洁。就是入住时候前台插曲太多，居然说2米*1米6的床，宽是一米六长2米，后来让自己去房间看了才放心敢睡。软件和服务水平有待提高。右玉县唯一五星酒店，在城西边上，周围还在建设，酒店停车场和主楼都很大很气派，硬件设施非常不错，在酒店点菜吃的晚餐，包间环境和菜品都很棒。早餐正常吧，但和大五星酒店的早餐还有差距。

  房间干净整洁，卫生间干湿分离，很大。就是A座的风机应该加套降噪装置就更完美了。隔着两个红绿灯有吃饭的餐馆，塞外莜面村很火
