洒店硬件很好，就是服务有点差劲，从一进房间就给前台打电话说孩子感冒了需要加一个被子，前台告诉和楼层要，楼层又推和前台要，之后又告诉没有被子可加，说被子都用完了，后来要求换房，前台说让等一会，不一会服务员才给送过去一张被子。唉，服务太不人性化了，太机械了！
