酒店硬、软件都满意，新开业的，总体设计时尚大气简约，位置属闹中取静，马路对面就是平江路历史文化街，到观前街、苏博馆、拙政园步行可达，酒店与美居共用停车场（自驾的话先到美居），房内布草洗浴用品均尚好，所有标识均英文，早餐也不错，苏面很好吃，年轻人一定超喜欢，年长的也超爱，推荐入住。小建议：冲淋房增加小挂勾、走道侧玻璃贴防碰标识，遮光布底部漏光。

在这里连续住了三天，由于我们曾去过澳门未超过21天，因为疫情导致我们入住的第一晚刚办理入住就被电话通知不能入住，后来我们有48小时核酸检测结果，在前台哥哥帮忙咨询沟通当地街道后可以接受入住，而且服务态度非常好，设施先进，订外卖可以让机器人送到房间，小朋友看到机器人非常开心🥳，值得推荐，下次来苏州一定再入住

地段无可挑剔，地下停车场很大停车特别方便，住店客人是免费的，大堂是咖啡吧，酒店设施设备齐全并且很先进，房间小巧玲珑，麻雀虽小五脏俱全，牙刷还细分了硬毛和软毛，卫生间的灯和排风扇是有人使用时自动启动和关闭的，值得一提的是床真的很舒服，隔音很好，窗帘的遮光效果也不错，早餐更是出乎意料的好。只是不能因为生意太好而忽略了查房，以至于出现了卫生方面的意外，不过当天值班经理做出了最佳处理，说明工作人员的服务态度方面是值得赞扬的，我还会继续选择住这家酒店的，因为性价比在这个地段真的超高。

酒店的位置非常好，马路正对面是平江路步行街的入口，从平江路步行街一路逛可以一直走到观前街，真的很方便。酒店的停车场是地下的，导航过来第一次没找到，后来问了工作人员才找到，停车场干净又安全！这次订的套房也非常棒，就是两个独立的单人间，中间有个门相通，互不影响，又方便在一起能互相照顾！酒店细节做的很到位，牙刷还分软毛硬毛，牙膏是日本的牌子，还配酒精消毒棉片！床也非常舒服，不是很软睡的很累的那种！早餐也很丰富啦，现煮的面条，甜品，水果，果汁，牛奶都有，这个价格，性价比实在很高了，这次真的很满意，下次来苏州肯定还是住这里！

地理位置不错，房间也挺干净的，虽然不大但五脏俱全。公区做的也可以。大堂的咖啡好喝，夜宵馄饨基本没什么肉，早餐到12点这点不错，不过吃的东西也不是很多。虽然临街但是隔音可以，最大bug应该是被子实在太厚了，晚上热得浑身是汗没法睡。在199的这个价位作为经济型酒店是OK的，但是四星肯定是没有的。
