房间设施一般，2个房间，一个房间少个凳子，一个房间桌子台灯都没有灯罩，厕所外面烧水的水池龙头没有水，电冰箱似乎也就是个摆设，地毯比较脏，感觉有点破破烂烂的，价格感觉有点偏高。不过地理位置比较好，晚上还比较安静，去苏州玩的话，偶尔住一夜也还行。

位置好，就在十全街，外贸衣服和酒吧很多，旁边的咖啡厅也不错，有小桥流水的感觉。但是酒店很旧，要个电风吹都没有，比较无语

环境很差，却很贵。一晚上发现了不少于10只的爬虫，睡得提心吊胆。就是尾声条件很差很差。地上很多以前虫子实体的印记，地上还有很大一滩像是咖啡撒了的印记，说实话，还很像血迹。。。。。。。。有点恐怖

酒店实际和图片相差太大，房间设施陈旧，地毯脏的要死，桌子上一层灰，电源插座只有少数的可以使用，还不时有小虫飞来飞去，另外酒店工作人员服务态度态度极差。

交通便利，周边都是酒吧和饭店。房间也挺大，但是空空荡荡，设备陈旧。床特别不舒服。说是有网线，但就是上不了网，结账也不能刷卡。

完全不像做好酒店生意的樣子，五一去住了一晚，以前的前台地方變成了買珠寶的，原來的貨梯改成了客梯，提供上網但沒有電源插頭，也不提供拖線插，要自己買。電跳閘了打客房服務沒人接，只能打總台，幾分鐘後接到電話，問下情況，然后叫我自己去推閘刀。再我試過還是沒電的情況下，又打了前台電話，才來人維修。我只能說一句：不想做酒店就別做了，全改珠寶商場算了。

给朋友定的，朋友说还不错，因为在十全街上很热闹，，有很多小店可以逛逛，有苏州的感觉 。。
