去昆山游玩，在网上订的房间，价格很优惠，还免费帮我们升级了儿童房，很赞。酒店周边环境优美，设施完好，房间很大，设施齐全，配备电动马桶垫，算是特色吧！周边交通方便，还有很多美食。各部门服务都很热情，让我们有宾至如归的感觉，今后还会入住

一醉皇冠一直是我在昆山的首选酒店，也经常会安排一些朋友或客户入住。房间配套齐全，大堂环境气派，地理位置优越，交通十分便利。最近一个月来了好几次，前台姑娘依然热心服务，回馈老客户提前给安排了行政楼层的房间，排了我喜欢的楼层，告诉我电梯刷卡方式、早餐时间地点很详细。提前说好的需要安静房也都满足了，远离电梯口，赞一个！房间面积比昆山同档次酒店确实大很多，住着宽敞舒适。到了房间很惊喜，干净整洁，还有欢迎水果和点心，考虑的很周到。

昆山的老牌豪华酒店 酒店设施稍微有点陈旧 但依然很舒适 设施齐全 预订的大床房 前台免费升级到行政大床房 进门真是惊喜 比大多数酒店舒适 这个价格已经属于惊喜了 早餐种类比较齐全 酒店内的自助餐也不错 还有宴会厅

酒店蛮不错的！还有折叠的小象??宝宝！房间也蛮大，就是管理上有问题，客房打扫卫生后估计是没有人检查（要不就是检查不负责任），房间写字台旁边的垃圾桶里有垃圾，床头顶上的射灯在一闪一闪的照着（照的眼睛难受），打电话给前台，大堂经理和客房阿姨一起来的，让我们换房！态度蛮好的一直道歉，还送了水果！第二天退房时发现外套忘记在前一间房间，客房阿姨去敲门，结果这个房间已经住人了！客人说昨天进房间就发现衣柜里有件外套，房间里没有拖鞋，让客房服务员送的拖鞋！这更加不知道客房检查是什么？希望加强管理上的力度！蛮好的酒店管理不到位会导致客人的流失！
