  寬闊的房間很舒服，只可惜電視小了點，泡澡有精油更好，停車部分跟其他百貨合併，有失五星級飯店的水準，不過早餐還算好吃。有機會還會在訪。

  位置方便，飯店環境舒適、早餐有中式、西式餐點可選擇，中式餐點選擇有點少、但是海鮮粥非常厲害👍🏻另外用餐環境也稍嫌簡陋、兒童遊戲空間設施也稍嫌小，很容易就人滿為患+很吵雜。飯店人員都很親切❤️

  服務人員態度非常棒、主動提供服務、房間清潔非常好、 飯店隔壁就是百貨公司，相當方便，到處都是人相當熱鬧 早餐 防疫非常落實 兒童戲室 相當讚 有PS4 還有最新的鬼滅之刃的遊戲片 游泳池溫的 非常值得住。

  入住兩次，Check In櫃檯的服務都很冷淡，一點都沒有入住五星級酒店的感覺，跟同事入住對面的煙X差很多

  房間景觀的部分，除非特別要求不然很可能是面向「新光三越」招牌四個大字，而若需指定房間(面向)是需要加收費用的，這個在台灣我是第一次看到，因為這費用並不是房型升等，而是房間指定費用，除此之外我認為都在水準之上。 五星級我覺得是沒有，光是景色部門就....打了折，但是四星級我想是絕對有的。海東兩小床房間非常大、備品齊全且用心，選擇額外礦泉水之類的都很慷慨。進房時間有點晚是個遺憾，一般酒店是3點甚至更早一點都拿得到房間，這邊是真的「4點」，可能是預訂時要注意的。
